When I Google Clearwater Lake, USA I also get hits for Arkansas, Wisconsin, and Florida.
The seller has an eBay store and so, many other old audio things listed for sale.
Those other listing have Crystal Lake, Illinois > Google Maps listed as their item locations.
Maybe the seller was just having a "Seniors Moment" gap-out ( which I have all too often these days ).
Ya know, "Do as I think! Not-As-I Do! type stuff.
